Some Bluetooth devices support calls but no other type of audio. To see if your Bluetooth device falls into this category, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and connect to your Bluetooth device. If the device information says something like "connected to call audio", instead of "connected to call and media audio", then tap on the settings button for the device and check to see if there is an option to connect to media audio. If it's not there, then unfortunately the Bluetooth device is only able to handle calls.
